Jocelyn Wall is an Agent-In-Training at Allied Brokers. She is currently learning about all kinds of insurance- home, auto, earthquake, umbrella- and plans to develop a specialty within a year. Already she can add and subtract vehicles from auto coverage and make general changes in policy preferences.

Jocelyn feels it is important for agents to be good listeners. They have to ask the right questions in order to get a good grasp of a client's needs before recommending a policy. Jocelyn's engaging personality puts people at ease immediately and her empathetic nature wins their trust.
