Medical Payments

To pay for resaonsble medical and funeral expenses incurred by you and any passenger in your auotmobile, or by you and members of your household while occupying an automobile or as a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. This coverage will pay even if the accident is your fault.

Uninsured Motorists

If you, or members of your household, are injured while in an automobile or as pedestrians by the driver of an uninsured automobile, this insurance pays the claim you would have made against the at-fault person.

Under-insured Motorists

If you are legally entitled to collect payments for bodily injury damage from another party because of an automobile accident and that party's liability insurance is exhausted (because of payments of judgements or settlements) you may collect the unpaid difference of your loss from your own company, providing your limits are higher than that of the at fault party.

Uninsured Motorist Property Damage/Collision Waiver

If an identified, at fault, but uninsured motorist collides with your automobile, the resulting damage will be paid under your policy. With collision coverage, your deductible will be waived.

Comprehensive

Comprehensive coverage pays after a deductible for damage to your automobile from a wide range of damags such as: theft, vandalism, natural disasters (i.e. hailstorms, windstorms, flood), fire, explosion, glass breakage, falling objects or virtually any other type of damage except collision, upset, or mechanical breakdown.

Towing and Labor Costs

When your automobile breaks down or is disabled in a collision, regardless of fault, towing and on-site labor costs are covered.

Rental Reimbursement

When an automobile is rented from a rental agency or garage as the result of a covered loss, this coverage reimburses you for the rental fees.
